We aim to keep property descriptions, amenities, occupancy information, images and destination content accurate. Operational facts such as live availability, stay restrictions, rates, fees, taxes and reservation status are supplied by Guesty and may change as inventory or booking rules change.

Quotes and checkout

A quote shown on this website is based on the dates, occupancy and rate information returned by Guesty at that time. Before payment, Guesty's hosted checkout reconfirms the final rate and applicable terms. The reservation is not complete until Guesty presents a successful confirmation.

Dream Cabo Rentals does not collect raw payment-card details. Payment authorization, authentication and processing are handled within Guesty and its connected payment provider.

Cancellation and changes

The cancellation, modification and refund rules attached to the confirmed reservation control. Where Guesty exposes reliable cancellation terms, Manage My Booking may allow an eligible guest to cancel online after secure verification and explicit acknowledgement. If the financial terms cannot be determined reliably, self-service cancellation is disabled and our team will assist instead.

Guest responsibilities

Guests are responsible for providing accurate reservation information, respecting occupancy limits and property rules, safeguarding access information and using the property lawfully and with reasonable care. Additional property-specific rules may be presented during booking or before arrival.

Concierge and third-party services

Transportation, chefs, wellness, boats, activities and other experiences may be fulfilled by independent third-party providers. Availability, pricing, eligibility and cancellation terms for those services may differ from the villa reservation and should be confirmed before purchase.

Site availability

We work to keep the site, Guesty integration and reservation-management tools available, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. If a live availability or pricing request cannot be verified, the website is designed to report an integration problem rather than incorrectly represent a villa as occupied or available.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, website design, original copy, brand elements and locally produced materials are owned by or licensed to Dream Rentals. Property imagery and third-party marks remain subject to their respective ownership and usage rights.
