Information we handle

We may receive information you choose to provide through contact requests, including your name, email address, travel dates, group size and message. When you use Manage My Booking, the confirmation code and booking email are used to verify access to the reservation. We do not use a confirmation code alone to authorize reservation access.

Operational reservation information such as availability, dates, guest count, pricing, reservation status and cancellation terms is retrieved from Guesty. Payment-card details are entered in Guesty's hosted checkout and are not collected or stored by Dream Cabo Rentals servers.

How we use information

We use information to provide villa availability and quotes, respond to inquiries, securely display existing reservations, support reservation changes, maintain service reliability, prevent abuse and understand website performance when analytics consent has been granted.

Service providers

We rely on service providers to operate the website and booking experience. These may include Guesty for property and reservation operations, Guesty's connected payment provider for payment processing, Railway for application infrastructure and Google Analytics when analytics cookies are accepted. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Cookies and local storage

Essential browser storage may be used for security and guest-session functionality. Optional analytics is disabled unless you choose to allow it. If enabled, Google Analytics may receive technical usage information such as pages viewed, referral information, device/browser characteristics and approximate location derived by the analytics provider.

You can change your analytics choice at any time.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical safeguards, including server-side credentials, signed guest sessions and rate limiting. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, operational requirements, dispute resolution, security, accounting or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may decline optional analytics, contact us about information you previously submitted, and use Guesty's booking and payment interfaces for reservation-related information. Some information may need to be retained where required for an active reservation, transaction, fraud prevention or legal obligation.
